The final stretch!

As we gear up for finals, keep in mind two events to help you take a break. First, at 6 p.m. Wednesday (4-28), in the Prairie Hall MFR, we'll be writing letters to soldiers in Iraq, eating Buffalo Wild Wings (YES!), and watching the flick, "Taking Chance," starring Kevin Bacon.
Then, at 4 p.m. Friday (4-30), we'll be leaving from the Prairie parking lot for the Agape Music Festival in Greenville. Tickets are normally $25, but go with us and get in FREE! We'll return late Friday! For more info, text 618.363.8369 or 618.530.4210.

Haitian missionary (and SIUE grad) to speak

Meals and Music is sponsoring an appearance by Marianne Murchison, an '09 grad who was serving as a missionary in Haiti when the earthquake struck. The earthquake, one of the deadliest natural disasters of modern times, killed an estimated 300,000 people. Marianne will speak at 6 o'clock Wednesday, April 14, at the Woodland Hall multi-function room. The event, as always, is free and open to all. Of course, we'll serve free food as well! (M&M'ers, please note that this will take the place of pizza n b.s. this Wednesday.) For more information, call 618.363.8369 or email rdpierce@charter.net. Blessings!

Welcome to Meals & Music!
M&M, now in its sixth year, is a Christian outreach program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
We offer Pizza 'n' B.S. from 6-6:45 Wednesdays at Prairie Hall, and we are launching a mission group that will be working with Habitat for Humanity one Saturday a month.
As always, it's FREE!
Join us on Friday, April 30, for a trip to the Agape music festival in Greenville, for some of the top Christian contemporary music like David Crowder and Burning Yesterday (shown at right).
Our student group, led by President George Key and 1st Vice President Reggie Edwards, are always looking for efforts to further expand our offerings. Click on our student tab to the left for more information about our student group and its leadership.
